How to play · points, privacy & purpose
Live: three 8-minute rounds: choose for 1 minute, act for 5 minutes, and reflect for 2 minutes. Live sessions need 2–8 players. Daily challenges can start solo. Each round offers one step; everyone shares the same round clock. Your personal stopwatch starts immediately when you choose Start this action, including during the choosing minute.
Daily: one or seven 24-hour periods beginning when the host starts. Each day has a new theme, fresh suggestions, and a Scripture reflection. Complete up to three steps per period whenever it suits you. The next period begins at the same time of day. Friends may join an active daily challenge. Live sessions close joining when they start.
Action timer: estimate 1–180 minutes, start your action, pause for interruptions, and finish to save completion immediately. Add a reflection afterward if useful. Timers survive refreshes. Active time excludes pauses and is capped at the end of the round or day. Time comparisons stay private and never change points.
Points: complete = 10; partial progress = 5; optional reflection = 5. Updating a check-in replaces its points, never duplicates them. Shared goal: 30 per player live, or 15 per player per day. No penalties, competition, or faith ratings.
Privacy: completion and points are visible to the room. Your task wording and reflections stay private unless you explicitly share a reflection. Keep your room code and device access private. Leaving closes your view; it does not remove your contribution. Your account keeps your saved challenges available across devices. Sign out on shared devices. Save your recovery code to reset your password. The optional beta signup sends details directly to Kit. Check Kit’s confirmation message for subscription preferences.
Purpose: the design draws on focused attention and if–then planning research. This game itself has not been clinically tested and promises no brain rewiring. Scripture reflections are devotional interpretations, not scientific evidence.
